SOAR exists to provide a fun and safe educational environment for elementary age students living in Northwest Arkansas.

SOAR partners with the following elementary schools: Parson Hills, Jones (Springdale), and Grace Hill.

All sites are 21st Century Community Learning Centers.

Parson Hills

Located off of 412 in Springdale Arkansas, our Parson Hills location was our first in-school program.

Jones

Our Jones Elementary program occurs at the Jones Center for Families. It was the very first SOAR program that began in the Spring of 2013.

Grace Hill

Grace Hill is our only Rogers SOAR program. It is also our newest 21st CCLC Grant recipient.

SOAR stands for Service, Opportunity, Academics, and Recreation.

We have six core values that we call the SOAR Six.

About Ben

I have been a member of the Camp War Eagle staff team since 2008. I served as an Ozone Director in Bentonville from 2008 to 2012. I served as the Site Director of our Jones Elementary SOAR location from 2013 to 2015. I graduated with a bachelors degree in Outdoor Leadership from John Brown University in 2008. I have an incredible wife, Jen, and a 2 year old son, Bryce. We are expecting another child at the end of October. My hope is that when you send your child to one of our SOAR locations you will know that you are sending your child to the safest, most helpful, and most fun after school program in the entire nation. Please feel free to contact me at anytime if you have any questions, concerns, or just want to know more about SOAR.

Thanks! - Ben Rediske
